Greg Klebanoff has over twenty-nine years consulting engineering experience and is a Registered Professional Engineer in thirty-four states. Providing a unique focus on the analysis and energy conservation retrofit of commercial facilities, Greg has conducted technical energy audits for hundreds of facilities throughout Florida, including hospitals, colleges, government buildings, and airports. Most of these audits were conducted under the National Energy Conservation Policy Act (NECPA) program and resulted in significant funds for retrofit projects. Greg’s design experience also includes chiller plant retrofits for energy savings, direct digital control system overlays to existing facilities, and ice and chilled water thermal storage systems.

EXPERIENCE:
Greg has performed design and construction administration throughout Florida, nationally, and internationally for multifamily projects, urban infill, timeshare and condominiums, mid-rise and high-rise, new and retrofit projects, as well as apartments, and hotels. He has extensive experience in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems project management including packaged vertical air conditioners, water source heat pumps, chilled water systems and additional experience with cost effective design of HVAC systems, to minimize moisture damage to buildings on the Florida coast. His knowledge and experience also includes mechanical design and construction administration for retail, office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, medical office buildings, meeting and religious facilities.
